Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be returned to us within 14 days from the return request approval date.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment where applicable or as store credit if cash on delivery was used.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order separately.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

Double-check your account or original payment method.
Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
